Supporting Intra-Team Communication based on Psychological Tagging and Indirect Communication

Human-centered chance discovery typically is conducted in teams. TeamBond is a workbench-type system for analysing and improving the relationships in such teams. This paper describes TeamCom, the communication component of TeamBond, and its strategies for improving team relationships. These are psychological tagging of text exchange and indirect communication. The paper also describes first usability results that show the high acceptance of the approach.
