This paper deals with scenarios that are a time series of events under a coherent context. First, it shows the possibility of the automatic acquisition of scenarios in nursing activities, and then characterizes nursing accidents or incidents as scenario violations. The main purpose of this paper is to show nursing risk management from the viewpoint of scenario violation in the context of Chance Discovery.
